HAIR BUNDLES + WIGS :
Q: What type of hair do you sell?
A: We offer premium virgin bundles, wigs, and extensions in natural 1B color for a flawless, seamless blend.
Q: How long does the hair last?
A: With proper care, bundles last 1-2 years, and wigs even longer! Keep them hydrated and styled for longevity.
Q: Can I color or bleach the hair?
A: Yes! Our 100% virgin hair can be dyed, bleached, and styled like natural hair. For best results, go pro!
Q: How many bundles do I need for a full look?
A: It’s all about personal preference, but here’s a guide:

  • 14”-16” – 2-3 bundles

  • 18”-22” – 3 bundles

  • 24”+ – 4+ bundles
     

CLOTHING + BOUTIQUE ITEMS :
Q: What sizes do you carry?
A: We offer sizes XS to 2X, with select pieces available in plus sizes.
Q: What’s your try-on policy?
A: All sales are final on clothing and accessories. Try-ons are allowed in-store, except for white items, stocking/poster girl material, and swimsuits. If an item is damaged, stained, or unsellable after trying it on, the customer must purchase it.
Q: How do I check what’s available?
A: Our website is always up to date! Shop online or visit us in-store for exclusive styles.
 
ORDERS, SHIPPING, AND PRE-ORDERS :
Q: What payments do you accept?

A: In-store: Zelle and cash only.
Online: Klarna and PayPal.
Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders ship in 7-10 business days (longer during holidays). Need it fast? Express shipping available for clothing only.
Q: Do you offer local pickup for online orders?
A: Yes! Select pickup at checkout, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
Q: Do you offer pre-orders for in-store pickup?
A: Yes! DM us on IG to pre-order and secure in-store pickup.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes, but only for pre-orders. Delivery is via Uber Package, arranged by the customer.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: All sales are final due to the nature of our products. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to help.
Q: How can I contact customer service?
A: For order inquiries, email us at thesnootyboutique@gmail.com with your order number. We do not respond to order questions via social media or phone. Customer support is available Tuesday–Saturday only.
Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
