Shipping and Order Policy

Orders ship via USPS and require 3-5 business days for processing, plus 7-10 business days for delivery. Tracking details will be emailed after order verification. We only ship to the PayPal or provided order address, and changes cannot be made after purchase. Processing times may be longer during sales & holidays.

 

All packages require a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If unavailable, USPS will attempt delivery or leave a notice for pickup. No refunds for refused or abandoned shipments. If returned, reshipping fees apply.

The Snooty Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All online sales are final. For order inquiries, email thesnootyboutique@gmail.com. Store staff does not handle online orders.

Returns, Exchanges and Pre-Orders

All sales are final—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to processing delays.

We do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order, as we do not accommodate rush requests.

Pre-orders are ready within 2-4 days for pickup.

You may also arrange for an Uber package to have your order delivered.

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately at thesnootyboutique@gmail.com. No exchanges, no refunds.
