FINAL SALE POLICY

• All purchases are FINAL SALE.

• We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

• Order address changes cannot be made once an order has entered processing or shipping.

• Standard shipping orders cannot be converted to in-store pickup after they have been placed.

• All online orders must be shipped.

PROCESSING TIME

• Separate Processing Time from Shipping Time.

• All orders require processing before shipment.

• Expedited shipping does not skip processing unless approved by management.

• Overnight shipping only affects shipping speed after processing.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST are processed the next eligible business day.

• Overnight shipping is unavailable for orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday due to

boutique operating hours and postal carrier availability.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Shipping time does not include processing time.

• Shipping begins after processing is complete.

• Orders over $100 require a signature upon delivery.

• Monitor tracking and be available to receive your package.

• If unavailable to sign, contact the carrier to place the package on hold.

• If a package is returned because delivery could not be completed, applicable re-shipping fees

must be paid before it is shipped again.

ADDRESS & FRAUD POLICY

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

• Returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses require applicable re-shipping fees.

• We reserve the right to cancel suspected fraudulent orders.

• ID verification may be required.

• Orders ship to the address entered during checkout.

DELIVERED PACKAGE POLICY

• Once marked Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.• The Snooty Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery, incorrect

addresses, carrier delays, weather disruptions, unattended deliveries, or damage after delivery.

• No refunds, store credit, or replacements are issued for packages confirmed as delivered.

• If a package is missing after delivery, contact the carrier immediately, file a claim if needed, and

email us for documentation assistance.

CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

• Customers agree to contact The Snooty Boutique before initiating a chargeback.

• Chargebacks without prior contact may result in submission of tracking, delivery confirmation, and

policy acknowledgements to the financial institution.

• Accounts may be restricted or refused future service.

• Fraudulent disputes will be contested with full documentation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with local

regulations.

• Customs delays are outside our control.

• Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned. Re-shipping fees may

apply.

  • You have 3 business days to pick up your order or arrange Uber delivery

  • Unclaimed orders will be canceled with no refunds, exchanges, or store credit
